libghc-configfile-dev software package provides Parser and writer for sectioned config files in Haskell, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-configfile-dev
libghc-configfile-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-configfile-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-configfile-dev *
You will get with libghc-configfile-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
